Karachi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Karachi ordered to present witnesses on next hearing in 6 cases related to May 12 incident.Hearing of 6 cases related to May 12 incident took place in Karachi Central Jail Anti Terrorism Complex Saturday.MQM leader and former mayor Karachi Wasim Akhtar and other accused persons appeared in the court.The court was informed about death of co-accused Zakir Hussain.The defence counsel took the plea the accused Zakir Hussain had passed away due to ailment. His name be removed from cases,The investigation officer presented death certificate about death of accused Zakir Hussain in the court.The court directed to remove name of accused Zakir Hussain from the cases,The witnesses could not appear in the court from prosecution side.The court ordered to present witnesses on next hearing.The court adjourned hearing of the case till July 12.According to police 20 accused including Wasim Akhtar are nominated in the cases. Airport police had registered cases against th e accused persons in 2007.
