Karachi: The court has been informed during the hearing of case related to facilitation in attack on Chinese convoy near airport that two major accused Bashir Baloch and Abdul Rehman belonging to proscribed outfit BLA are absconding in Balochistan.

The investigation officer while filing report in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) told the court both the absconding accused have taken refuge in Balochistan. Letters have been written to interior minister and IG Balochistan for their arrest. Recommendation has been made to both the institutions to take effective steps to arrest the absconding accused.

The court while issuing non bailable arrest warrants of Bashir Baloch and Abdul Rehman ordered both the accused be arrested and be presented before the court on next hearing.

The court rejected bail plea of arrested accused Saeed while case is registered against the accused Bilal who is too nominated in the case.

According to prosecution facilitation case against both the accused is registered in CTD.

ATC adjourned hearing of the case till June 23.
