Lahore: "Be it happiness or sadness, loneliness or separation, music is capable of expressing every emotion," said Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif in her message on World Music Day. She added,"Pakistani artists have given international recognition to oriental music." She highlighted,"Information and Culture Department is training and supporting young artists under Alhamra Arts Council."Madam Chief Minister said, "Financial assistance to the needy artists is being provided under 'Artist Fund for Arts and Music.' She added,"Music becomes an ambassador of peace and conveys a message of love and peace across borders."
