Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has granted bail to PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi in May 9 siege and arson case.

The court had reserved judgment a day before after hearing the arguments of lawyers which was announced on Saturday.

Judge Manzar Ali of ATC while announcing judgment approved bail plea of Shah Mehmood Qureshi in siege and arson case registered in police station Shadman.

It is pertinent to mention here that violent demonstrations were held all over the country after arrest of PTI founder on May 9, 2023. During these demonstrations damage was caused to private and state properties.

Case was registered in police station Shadman in this regard and PTI central leaders were nominated therein.
