Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has ordered to confiscate properties of PTI leaders Dr Yasmin Rashid, Omar Sarfraz Cheema, Mian Mehmood ur Rashid and Ejaz Chaudhy convicted in 2 May 9 siege and arson cases.The court has issued jail warrants of convicted persons.Court awarded punishment of 10 years imprisonment and fine Rs 6 lac to Dr Yasmin Rashid.The court awarded sentence of 10 years in prison and fine to the tune of Rs 6 lac to Ejaz Ahmad Chaudhry .Mian Mehmood ur Rashid was also awarded punishment of 10 years imprisonment and fine Rs 6 lac.Umar Sarfaraz too was awarded sentence of 10 years in jail and fine Rs 6 lac.Cases against the accused are registered in police station Shadman and Sarwar road.The court had announced decision of two cases against the accused a day before.The court issued jail warrants in respect of sentences to jail superintendent.
