Peshawar: May 9 and 10 violent incidents and case pertaining to attack on radio Pakistan came up for hearing in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC). Judge Muhammad Wali of ATC took up the case for hearing.

As per media report the investigation officer filed report in the court.

According to police report, the presence of Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi at the venue of attack on radio Pakistan has been confirmed in the light of forensic report.

The investigation officer told the court police has filed its report wherein CM KP Sohail Afridi and other accused have been nominated.

The investigation officer sought more time from the court for presenting challan.
