Islamabad: Minutes of meeting of Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Committee (SCPPC) on the matter of formation of review bench with reference to matter of article 63-A have been issued.It has been said in minutes, meeting of SCPPC was called at 9 am Tuesday. Chamber staff of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah was contacted . When contacted Justice Mansoor Ali Shah refused to become part of bench.In the committee meeting decision was taken to include Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan to constitute bench.According to minutes of meeting 5-member larger bench was constituted for hearing article 63-A review. Justice Muneeb Akhtar expressed reasons for his non availability to sit in bench.
