Karachi: Judicial Commission (JC) has directed to issue notice to interior minister Sindh Zia ul Hassan Lanjar in Mir Raza case. As per media report, Father and sister of Mir Raza and police surgeon Dr Samia appeared in Mir Raza case. They gave replies to the questions asked by JC.
Counsel Jibran Nasir told the commission the samples obtained from body of Mir Raza were sent to laboratory late. Upon it the commission asked what is shelf life of samples. Dr Samia said generally it makes no difference. If any chemical is not traced due to delay then she can say nothing about it. Delay is not generally made in high profile case.
Advocate General (AG) Sindh raised objection that questions should be asked by JC and not by Jibran Nasir. Upon it commission said if family has to ask some question then government has what objection on it. Are you hiding some thing.
