Karachi: Judicial Commission (JC) formed in connection with Mir Raza murder case has said first investigation team wasted evidence and shifted the burden on subordinates. As per media report the JC constituted regarding Mir Raza murder case met on Thursday under Justice Omar Sial.

Justice Omar Sial while expressing resentment over secretary health and DG Health said that they constituted medical board and made changes in the board through illegal interference in Mir Raza murder case.

Commission said head of the first investigation team SSP Sami Ullah Soomro ruined the case in 6 days. Only one footage was taken out of 52 cameras. The bushes of the crime scene were burnt. First investigation team wasted the evidence and shifted the burden on subordinates.

Commission summoned secretary health Tahir Hussain Sangi and inquired his name was mentioned by two witnesses. When he took the charge of office. Does Dr Osama come under his subordination.

Tahir Hussain said Dr Osama Sheikh comes under subordination of health department.

Justice Omar Sial remarked Dr Osama is not only making the commission controversial but also his steps are making health department controversial.

Justice Omar Sial said commission will hopefully finalize proceedings till Monday. Later the work for writing the proceedings will start.
