Quetta: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Ahmed Khan Bugti visited the Frontier Corps Balochistan North Headquarters. A smartly turned-out contingent of FC Balochistan North presented a salute to the visiting dignitaries.
IG FC North Major General Muhammad Atif Mujtaba introduced the Interior Minister and Chief Minister to the officers. Mohsin Naqvi and Sarfaraz Bugti offered prayers at the Martyrs' Monument. They laid floral wreaths and recited Fateha. Both leaders prayed for the elevation of ranks of the martyred personnel and paid rich tribute to their eternal sacrifices.
IG FC Balochistan North briefed the Interior Minister and Chief Minister regarding the force's training mechanisms, operational readiness, and professional standards.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid tribute to the force's sacrifices in the war against terrorism, stating: 'FC Balochistan North's sacrifices for peace are unforgettable. The officers and jawans have rendered remarkable service in eliminating Fitna-e-Hindustan. Their courage has thwarted hostile agendas and written a golden chapter of bravery.'
Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti reiterated support, saying: 'The sons of FC Balochistan North are heroically cleansing the land of Indian-sponsored terrorists. The Balochistan government stands arm in arm with our forces in this war.'
Chief Secretary Balochistan and the Inspector General Balochistan Police were also present on the occasion.
