Rawalpindi: A motorcycle mechanic killed a 13-year-old student by putting a noose around his neck in Waris Khan area.

Later, the body was handed over to the family members of the child without post-mortem after colluding with the hospital staff and the police.

The victim's family and residents of the area protested strongly by keeping the child's body outside the district headquarters hospital.
