Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has issued decision of Mubarak Sani case.According to decision federal and Punjab government filed petition for rectification of mistakes in JULY 24 decisions.Notices were issued to 19 Ulema on the basis of applications.It has been told in the decision that Ulema objected to para 42, 7 and 49 (j).After hearing the stance, the objectionable paragraphs are expunged from February 6 and July 24 decision.SC remarked the decisions of February 6 and July 24 are withdrawn after corrected decision.Trial court should run the trial of bail case without being influenced by previous decisions.
