Islamabad: Muhammad Yasir Khokhar clinched the title of the 18th Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Amateur Golf Cup 2025, while Lt Col (R) M. Ayub Khan, Ms. Jassia Tasawar, and Master Musab Asif emerged victorious in the Senior, Ladies, and Junior categories, respectively.

The Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Naveed Ashraf, graced the closing ceremony as the Chief Guest and congratulated the winners on their outstanding performances. He commended all participants for displaying remarkable golfing skills, precision, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. The Naval Chief also acknowledged the valuable contributions of sponsors, media representatives, and the management of Margalla Greens Golf Club (MGGC) for ensuring the event's success.

The five-day tournament, held from October 22 to 26, 2025, at Margalla Greens Golf Club, Islamabad, attracted around 300 golfers from across Pakistan, competing in multiple categories, including Amateurs, Seniors, Ladies, and Juniors.

Since its inception in 2007, the Chief of the Naval Staff Amateur Golf Cup has remained a prestigious fixture on the National Golf Circuit, reflecting the Pakistan Navy's commitment to promoting sportsmanship, physical excellence, and the national sports culture.

The closing ceremony was attended by officers, organizers, sponsors, golfers, and members of the media fraternity.
