Lahore: Name of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab and PTI leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and others have been removed from Passport Control List (PCL) under the orders of Lahore High Court (LHC)Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza of LHC took up for hearing the contempt of court pleas filed by Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and others Tuesday.The petitioner took the plea name is not being removed from PCL and Exit Control List (ECL) despite court's orders . The court should order for initiating contempt of court proceedings against the officers.The state counsel presented report in the court during the hearing of the case.The court ordered for removing name of Pervaiz Elahi and others from PCL and ECL. Name of Rasikh Elahi and Zara Elahi have also been removed from ECL.The court wrapped up the petition in the light of report from state counsel.
