ISLAMABAD: A new conflict has arisen in connection with change of one more bench in Islamabad High Court (IHC).

Division bench has said in its order the case be fixed for hearing before Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan.

It has been said in the order issued by justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz that land embezzlement NA B case be fixed in the bench of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan.

Following the order of two members bench new judges roster was issued under the directive of acting Chief Jusitce (CJ) for next week wherein division bench of justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani is not existing.

Case against NAB was pending hearing in division bench comprising Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan. Cause list of the case was cancelled on April 28 , date of hearing of the case due to non availability of the bench.

The case was fixed before justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and justice Saman Rafat for May 22.

New judges roster was issued on the directive of active chief justice IHC on April 28. In this new roster, bench of justice Saman Rafat was made with Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani.

Miscellaneous petition of Sector E-11 land embezzlement case was fixed before new bench on May 8.

The counsel told this case has already been heard by Justice Mohsin Kiyani and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz issued order for fixing the case again in old bench.
