Rawalpindi: Special Judge Central Shah Rukh Arjumand has provided to PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi copies of case in new reference of acquiring expensive Bulgari jewelry from Toshakhana.The proceedings regarding arguments on bail pleas of both the accused has been adjourned till September 26 due to expiry of court's time.The accused will be indicted in next hearing.Both the accused were present in the court along with their counsels counsel Barrister Suleman Safdar.FIA presented challan of the case in the court. List of 24 witnesses was also attached with it.It has been said in the supplementary challan presented by FIA solid evidence is available against PTI founder and Bushra Bibi and the evidence proves that both the accused were involved in misconduct. Both the accused gained financial benefit through illegal sources and corruption. Former chairman PTI while misusing his position obtained Bulgari jewelry set at lower prices. Therefore, the court should summon the witnesse s and move forward the trial.The court while providing copies of challan to the accused adjourned the hearing of the case for indictment till September 26.
