Peshawar: Advisor finance to Chief Minister (CM) KP Muzzammil Aslam has said they have no intention to levy any new tax in the budget for financial year 2025-26.He said in his statement in regard to tax revenue that 40 percent increase has been witnessed in tax income of the province during 11 months as compared to previous year. Likewise our non tax income has risen more than 50 percent.I make it clear and allay the concern of tax payers of KP that we are fixing 40 percent tax target for the next year. We don't intend to levy any new tax in KP.He said we will focus on expanding tax net and better implementation.
