Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has summoned Attorney General (AG) in the case against non implementation of court's decision in connection with reserved seats.Justice Rahil Kamran Sheikh while summoning AG on September 11 remarked Monday that Supreme Court decision should be implemented at every cost;LHC inquired did PTI file application directly. We have no connection with any political party. We have to decide as per law and constitution. We have to see if the constitution has been implemented or otherwise.The state counsel took the plea the matter of reserved seats is pending hearing in Supreme Court. The court should declare the petition non maintainable.The petitioner has challenged the step of non implementation of supreme court decision on the matter of reserved seats.
