Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notice again to information secretary and seek reply on non implementation of court's order in connection with media workers application for allotment of plots under RUDA .Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza of LHC took up the petition for hearing Monday.Murid Ali Bhutta appeared in the court on behalf of petitioner and president Media Workers Organization Naseeb Ali Tabussam.He took the plea court had ordered information secretary Punjab to decide the matter within two weeks. Contempt of court proceedings be initiated due to non implementation of court's orders.The petition said federal government included media workers in every scheme. Federation included media workers in health insurance and housing scheme. In Punjab all facilities were announced only for journalists. Media workers were neglected in all the schemes of Punjab.It was requested to court in the petition to issue order for including media workers in plot schemes under RUDA.
