Karachi: Counsels of the respondents have completed their arguments on maintainability of petition in the case related to non provision of service by hotel administration to customers wearing shalwar and shirt.

According to the court the decision on maintainability of the petition will be announced on October 2.

Counsel for the petitioner took the plea in the court the objections from counsel of owner of hotel are baseless. When trial starts all the evidence will be presented. The complaint on refusing to provide service can be heard under consumer act.

The counsel for the petitioner said hotel management said we cannot provide service to customer wearing shalwar and shirt.

The counsel for petitioner further said I am having receipt about receiving legal notice and message of courier service.

Counsel for owner of hotel told the court we have not received legal notice .
