Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has issued non bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder for the 11 th time in November 26 protest case registered against her in police station Sadiq Abad.Board of Revenue report regarding property of Aleema Khan in Punjab was presented in the court.According to the report Aleema Khan is owner of 51 kanals 16 marlas property in Bhakkar , She is too owner of 1 kanal 4 marlas land in village Mian Mir of district Lahore and 1 kanal one marla land in village Noor pur Kamboh, Lahore.She is too owner of 64 kanals 14 marlas in village Sultan Raiwind, 217 kanals 5 marlas in district Mianwali, 4 kanals 13 marlas in Sheikhupura. She is owner of 338 kanals land in four districts.Prosecutor Zahir Shah said directives have been issued to freeze 7 bank accounts of Aleema Khan in ABL and 15 bank accounts in UBL. 15 bank accounts of the accused have already been freezed.This way 37 bank accounts of the accused have been freezed so far on the or der of court.The court was told that letter was sent to chairman CDA and Chief commissioner Islamabad from court. Reminder was also issued. On non receipt of any reply, the court had sent contempt of court notice to both of them.Despite it neither any representative of these officers appeared in the court nor was any reply filed.The court issued non bailable arrest warrants of chairman CDA, chief commissioner .IG Islamabad was directed to ensure implementation of the non bailable arrest warrants of chairman CDA/Chief commissioner Islamabad.One guarantor who acquired vehicle on superdari appeared in the court while two did not appear.The court also issued non bailable arrest warrants of other two guarantors on their non arrest.The prosecution witnesses were present in the court during the hearing of the case. The evidence could not be recorded due to the obscene of the accused and defence lawyers.The hearing of the case was adjourned till November 20, Thursday.Judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC hear d the case.
