Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has once again issued non bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder Imran Khan due to her non appearance in the court;

Judge Amjad Ali Shah of ATC took up for hearing the case registered against Aleema Khan in police station Sadiq Abad in connection with November 26 protest.

Aleema Khan and her counsels did not appear in the court.

The court expressed resentment over non appearance of Aleema Khan.

Prosecutor Syed Zahir Shah presented 5 witnesses during the hearing of the case saying the accused Aleema Khan is not complying with court's orders persistently. The witnesses and other accused are appearing in the court continuously despite the attitude of the accused Aleema Khan.

ATC issued the non bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan once again on her disappearance .

The court while seeking report regarding identity card, blocking of passport and freezing bank accounts from NADRA, State Bank of Pakistan and DG Immigration adjourned the hearing of the case till October 30.
