Rawalpindi: The court has approved exemption plea of Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder in police station Sadiq Abad case in connection with November 26 protest.

The case came up for hearing in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi.

The defence counsel presented exemption plea of Aleema Khan during the hearing of the case. The court approved it.

Judge Amjid Ali Shah heard the case.

The court while adjourning the hearing of the case till May 4 issued directives to 10 accused persons including Aleem Khan to appear on next date.

The court has summoned last witness of the case too besides ordering investigation officer inspector Khalil to appear on next hearing.

It is pertinent to mention here this case was registered in perspective of November 26 protest . Its proceedings is underway in ATC Rawalpindi.
