Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has adjourned till July 03 hearing of case in connection with November 26 protest against Aleema Khan sister of former Chairman PTI on the request of her counsel.Aleema Khan appeared in the court along with her counsel Faisal Malik Wednesday.Special prosecutor Zahir Shah was also present in the court.Seeking time from court for filing statement under 342 , counsel for Aleema Khan took the plea some documents have to be presented along with reply to questionnaire , therefore, time be given.The court while accepting plea adjourned the hearing of the case till July 03.It is pertinent to mention here court had provided questionnaire containing 37 questions to Aleema Khan on previous hearing .The court also summoned the statements under 342 of 3 nominated accused persons in the case on next hearing.
