Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has issued non - bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan due to her absence in the case registered against her in connection with November 26 protest.

Aleema Khan and her counsel did not appear in the court during the hearing of the case.

The court while issuing non bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan over her absence maintained there is neither any justification of absence of Aleema Khan nor is any exemption.

Special prosecutor Zaheer Shah appeared in the court along with team.

Prosecutor had given application to the court for including NCCI Assistant Director Suleman Niaz in the list of witnesses which was accepted.

The hearing of the case was adjourned for one day.
