Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder Aleema Khan for the third time besides issuing orders to arrest and present her in the court.
The cases registered against 11 accused including Aleema Khan in connection with November 26 protest came up for hearing in ATC Rawalpindi on Monday.
Judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC Rawalpindi heard the case.
The court issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan for her non appearance in the court for the third time.
The court also issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Omar Sharif guarantor of Aleema Khn.
The court issued arrest warrants of Aleema Khan and ordered Rawalpindi police to arrest and present Aleema Khan before it on October 22.

The five prosecution witnesses also appeared in the court.
The court issued directives to Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rawalpindi for verification of documents related to property of guarantor of Aleema Khan.
Ladies police in large number were deployed outside the court before hearing of the case.
Prosecutor said the proceedings of cancellation of bail of Aleema Khan will take place today on non appearance of Aleema Khan.
The defence counsel said he would adopt stern stance in the court against illegal warrants of Aleema Khan.
Exparte proceedings of indictment against Aleema Khan is illegal. Terrorism clause has been challenged by us already. This petition is admitted for hearing then how the indictment was framed.
