Islamabad: Pakistani authorities organized a series of special events, dinners, and recreational activities to celebrate Chinese New Year for Chinese employees working on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor initiatives across Pakistan.

Many Chinese nationals, unable to travel to China to celebrate the festival with their families, participated in the events locally with great enthusiasm. The celebrations were held at various CPEC project sites, reflecting the festive spirit of the season.

Senior Pakistani officials attended the events, expressing solidarity and goodwill toward the Chinese participants. Activities included a sports gala, cultural performances, and special dinners, adding joy and vibrancy to the New Year festivities.
