Pasni: Pakistan Navy in collaboration with SWA (Sahil Welfare Association), established a free medical camp in Makran Naval Air Base AOR at Civil Dispensary Chur Bandar Pasni Balochistan in order to provide quality medical facilities to less privileged residents and local communities.During the medical camp, hundreds of patients including women and children were provided free medical treatment. A dedicated team of doctors and paramedic staff comprising of Medical,Skin Specialities and GDMO examined the patients and provided them with free consultation, medicines, BP and Blood Glucose checkups.The local populace of the area was also provided information about maternal health and nutritional requirements of mother and children. The patients were enlightened about common infections, personal health, hygiene, child healthcare and prevention of diseases and sanitation of living areas.PN is committed to assist coastal community wrt health care by extending quality medical facilities at their door step. Regula r establishment of medical camps for residents of coastal areas by PN is a practical manifestation of Pakistan Navy's resolve for socio-economic uplift of coastal community.
