½islamabad: In his special message on the International Day of Remembrance of and Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said that he pays tribute to all victims of terrorism. He added that Pakistan is one of the most affected countries by terrorism as thousands of families still bear the wounds of terrorism.

½Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said: 'Today, we pay homage to the innocent person who sacrificed their lives due to terrorism. Pakistan lost it's courageous politicians, distinguished scholars, dutiful military, police, and civil officers, as well as countless innocent citizens due to terrorism. Every drop of blood shed in the war against terrorism bears witness to our determination and bravery."

He stated that the blood of the children of the APS tragedy has left eternal scars on the nation's heart. He emphasized that the memories of the victims of terrorism are unforgettable, and the nation will always remain indebted to them. He underscored that Pakistan stands like an iron wall between terrorism and the world.

½Mohsin Naqvi further stated that many countries are affected by terrorism, and only through collective global efforts can this menace be eradicated. He highlighted that the United Nations' theme for August 21, 2025 - 'United in Hope, Collective Action for Victims' - provides the world community with a path towards joint strategies and comprehensive cooperation.

½Interior Minister stressed the need to declare terrorism a global issue and open avenues for international collaboration in technology and intelligence sharing. He reaffirmed that Pakistan remains a firm supporter of global solidarity and cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
