Karachi: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has said passengers with incomplete and unverified documents and professional beggars in the guise of passengers cannot be allowed to travel abroad .
Interior minister undertook 2 hours long visit of Jinnah airport and he reviewed in details the ongoing process at immigration counter . He met passengers and obtained direct information from them regarding immigration process.
He checked by himself traveling documents of some Saudi Arabia bound passengers.
He directed FIA to verify the documents of some passengers.
Some passengers were found unable to give correct replies to the questions related to travelling, job and documents.
Interior minister appreciated FIA Assistant Sub Inspector Amir Lashari for timely stopping 3 passengers with incomplete and unverified documents.
Mohsin Naqvi said ASI Amir Lashari has excellent precedence of devotion to duty. Such talented and responsible FIA personnel are precious asset of institution.
He reaffirmed his resolve that any passenger with correct and complete documents has neither been stopped nor will be stopped.
Elevating the dignity of Pakistan and facilitating the passengers is priority of government.
Regional Director FIA Karachi was also present on the occasion.
