Lahore: Chief Justice (CJ) of Lahore High Court (LHC) Aalia Neelum while hearing the case against allowing ISI to record citizens calls has remarked if the case is pending hearing in Supreme Court (SC) then we cannot hear this case.A 3-member bench of LHC presided over by CJ Aalia Neelum took up the case for hearing Friday.The court ordered the petition filed in SC and copy of the order be made part of the record. We will see on receipt of these documents either full bench can hear this case or otherwise.Azhar Siddique advocate appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner.The notification on allowing ISI to record calls of citizens has been challenged in the petition.
