Lahore: On the petition filed in connection with provision of facilities to PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in jail , Lahore High Court (LHC) has directed the petitioner to resort to the respective bench .Chief Justice (CJ) LHC Alia Neelam took up the petition for hearing.Advocate Azhar Siddique appeared in the court.Raising objection for filing the petition on principal seat registrar office LHC said petition of such nature can be filed in Rawalpindi bench.The counsel for the petitioner said in his application IG Jails is respondent and not superintendent Adiala jail.The court while upholding the registrar office objection on the petition regarding provision of facilities in Adiala jail to Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi directed the petitioner to resort to respective bench.
