Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while referring the matter to administration of International Islamic University (IIU) on the petition filed against notice for eviction of hostel from students has directed to decide the matter as per rules.The court remarked according to counsel for the petitioner students have not done any thing on the basis of which hostel be got vacated from them.As per counsel the students have assured to maintain discipline in the hostel.According to counsel for IIU the decision for eviction of hostel from students has been made by the administration. The court cannot interfere in the decision of university administration.It has been said in the written decision it is not right of students to reside in hostel provided by university. University administration should ensure that study process for students is not disrupted due to eviction of hostel.It is to decide the administration if the students involved in heinous activities can stay in hostel or otherwise.The w ritten decision said that the petition is disposed of and is sent to university management for making decision on students application as per rules.
