Islamabad: Miscellaneous petition has been filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) for ordering Superintendent Adiala jail to arrange visit of the petitioner in respect of the cell of accused in the case of provision of facilities to Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in jail as per international laws.The petitioner was filed by Azhar Siddique advocate in IHC on Monday making superintendent Adiala jail and others respondents. .It was said in the petition the petitioner wants to present report in the court after taking review of the facilities in jail. He wants to see if the facilities are being provided to the accused as per international laws or otherwise.He requested the court to order superintendent Adiala jail to make arrangements for his visit to cell of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in jail.
