Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) while giving notices to provincial government and others on the petition seeking details of cases registered against PTI founder and not arresting him in secret cases has adjourned the hearing till November 12.Justice Farooq Haider of LHC heard the petition filed by Noreen Niazi sister of PTI founder Tuesday.The petitioner took the plea PTI founder is imprisoned in jail at present in May 9 and Toshakhana case. It is feared unknown cases have been registered against PTI founder.The petitioner requested the court to issue order for providing details of cases registered against PTI founder and not arresting him in unknown cases.
