Lahore: Anti Corruption Court (ACC) Lahore has adjourned hearing of Ramzan Sugar Mills case against Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz till December 04.Judge Anti Corruption remarked " we have to see yet either we have powers of jurisdiction to hear the reference or otherwise.NAB filed reference against Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz in ACC.Senior special judge anti corruption Sardar Muhammad Iqbal Dogar heard the reference Tuesday.Former Chief Minister (CM) Hamza Shehbaz got completed his attendance in the court.Anwar Hussain representative of PM appeared in the court and got completed the attendance.The court adjourned the hearing for some time to review jurisdiction powers of court.Counsel for Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz presented copy of NAB amendment ordinance in the court.Counsel Amjid Pervaiz said court has powers of jurisdiction to hear anti corruption reference.Judge Anti Corruption inquired has indictment been framed in this reference.Counsel Amjid Perva iz said indictment has been framed in this reference.Judge anti corruption remarks how can we move forward the indictment of NAB court.Counsel Amjid Pervaiz argued I give copies or decisions of superior courts. Afterwards if the court has to indict it can indict. Hamza Shehbaz is present himself. You can indict in the presence of representative of Shehbaz Sharif.Judge Anti corruption remarked court has yet to decide if the proceedings of the court be moved forward or we should process it again. We are giving long date because we have too much cases with us.The court adjourned the hearing till December 4.
