Islamabad: IG Islamabad has filed detailed report in Islamabad High Court (IHC) on the petition regarding recovery of Intezar Panjutha, focal person of PTI founder.Reports from ISI and MI were also filed wherein the matter related to recovery has been declared negative instead of positive.IHC has summoned Attorney General (AG) today.On the other hand federal government and police have sought time from the court for recovery of focal person of PTI founder.The court has given indication to give some decision after AG report .The petition regarding recovery of Intezar Panjutha came up for hearing before Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq Tuesday.IHC while summoning AG today directed Ali Bokhari to arrange contact of barrister Saif with Islamabad police team.IG Islamabad filed detailed report in IHC.The CJ IHC inquired what is in report of interior ministry and defence ministry.Deputy Attorney General (DAG) replied that report is negative.The CJ IHC remarked I call Attorney General (AG) and ask him. We call the report of ministry of defence.DAG requested the court " time be given to us. Police too is seeking time.CJ IHC remarked "let Attorney general come.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till today (Wednesday).
