Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to superintendent Adiala jail for today (Wednesday) on the petition of PTI founder in connection with his medical check up by his personal physicians and sought reply from him.The petition seeking medical check up of Imran Khan by his personal physician came up for hearing in IHC Tuesday.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the petition,Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry counsel for PTI founder appeared in the court.IHC summoned competent officer from Advocate General Office. Interval was made for some time.Sate counsel appeared during it and he told the court doctor conducts check up of Imran Khan thrice in a day. PIMS medical board went there on October 15 and it also checked PTI founder.The court inquired what is wrong in it if Dr Faisal conducts medical check up of PTI founder.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked I am issuing notice for tomorrow. I will give decision on petition.The court issued notice to superintendent Adiala jail on the petition regarding medical check up of PTI founder by his personal physician and sought reply from him.Further hearing will take place today (Wednesday).
