Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned superintendent Adiala jail in person on May 12 on the petition related to meeting of family members with Bushra Bibi and access to personal physician.

As per media report Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir has issued 2-page written order. The court order said as per Advocate General (AG) Islamabad Naveed Malik court order has been implemented. Superintendent Adiala jail has heard the petitioner on telephone. Suleman Akram Raja raised the objection medical treatment is not being provided to Bushra Bibi as per court's order. According to Suleman Akram Raja superintendent jail did not hear the petitioner as per court's order. Petitioner is heard in person.

The court directed superintendent Adiala jail to hear the petitioner, daughter of Bushra Bibi in person on Monday. The further hearing of the case will be held on Monday. Superintendent Adiala jail will present detailed report.
