PESHAWAR:Peshawar High Court (PHC) has fixed for hearing the petitions seeking recovery of Non-functional Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi and speaker Provincial Assembly (PA) Babar Saleem.

Hearing of the petitions for recovery of Non functional CM KP and speaker PA will take place on October 20.

As per media report the petition filed by Muhammad Aamir Afridi brother of Sohail Afridi said armed veiled persons kidnapped Sohail Afridi in the presence of CPO Peshawar.

The petitioner said abduction of elected CM of the province is grave violation of law, constitution and basic human rights. There are immense threats to life and freedom of Sohail Afridi.

Ordered be issued for immediate recovery of Sohail Afridi and his presentation before court.
