Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered not to exclude Afghan girl student from the process of admission.PHC issued order on Afghan girl student petition related to her admission.The order said Afghan girl student be not removed from admission process for want of Afghan passport.Holding Afghan passport and visa is must by Afghan students for their admission on reserved seats.PHC has said according to the counsel of petitioner Afghan girl student , Pak-Afghan border is closed. It will take some time in acquiring passport due to closure of borders.The order said according to the applicant she is being deprived of admission due to lack of passport.The respondents should file detailed reply in this regard. During this Afghan girl student be not excluded from admission process.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till December 30.
