Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered to ascertain the availability of governor KP to administer oath to newly elected Chief Minister (CM) KP.

The petition regarding administering oath to newly elected CM KP Sohail Afridi came up for hearing before Chief Justice (CJ) PHC S.M Attique Shah.

The court issued written order for hearing the petition.

The court ordered Additional Attorney General (AAG) should ascertain about the availability of governor KP to administer oath to newly elected CM KP. AAG should inform the court before 1 p.m tomorrow.
