Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered to release the under age children and POC Card holding Afghan refugees on bail.The court ordered to release 68 petitioners on bail.According to the counsel for the petitioner police have arrested the petitioners under 14-foreign act. The petitioners include children below 18 years. POC card holders too are among the petitioners.The counsel for the petitioners told the court the children below 18 years are having school cards. POC card holders are having other documents for staying in Pakistan.Following the completion of arguments the court ordered to release under age children and POC card holders Afghan refugees on bail.
