Lahore: Sessions Court has accepted plea from counsel for PTI founder Imran Khan seeking time for cross examination in Rs 10 billion defamation case filed by Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif against PTI founder Imran Khan.

Judge Yalmaz Ghani has issued written order of hearing pertaining to Rs 10 billion defamation case filed by PM Shehbaz Sharif against Imran Khan Monday. The court said in written order the plea by counsel for Imran Khan for granting him time for cross examination has been accepted. Now Atta Ullah Tarar will appear in the court on November 15 in connection with cross questioning on his statement. It is pertinent to mention here PM Shehbaz Sharif has filed Rs 10 billion defamation case against Imran Khan.
