Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has summoned lawyers on next hearing for arguments in money laundering case against Rasikh Elhi, Zara Elahi and others.A two members bench led by Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry took up for hearing the applications seeking cancellation of interim bail of Rasikh Elahi, Zara Elahi and others in FIA money laundering case.Rasikh Elahi, Zara Elahi and others appeared in the court and signed the rolls.Sara Anwar did not appear in the court.The court while directing Sara Anwar to appear on next hearing adjourned the hearing till October 24.It is pertinent to mention here FIA has challenged the step of acceptance of interim bail.FIA has taken plea in its petition trial court confirmed interim bails against the law. The court should nullify the decision of approval of interim bail.
