Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has admitted for hearing petition seeking medical check up of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.

The court while issuing notice to the respondents has sought reply from them tomorrow.

Preliminary hearing of the petition in connection with medical examination of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi took place in ATC Rawalpindi Thursday.

Judge Amjid Ali Shah heard the petition.

The court while declaring the petition maintainable issued notice to the respondents and sought reply from them tomorrow.

The petition filed by Faisal Malik counsel for PTI founder said the media reports about the health of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi are alarming .

Counsel Faisal Malik requested the court the medical check up of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi be got conducted by their personal physicians .

The petition further said that permission be given for medical check up of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi by their personal physicians Doctor Asim Yunis, Doctor Khurram and Doctor Samina Niazi.
