Lahore: Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has constituted a high level commission to review losses caused during war between Pakistan and India.

According to media reports PM Shehbaz Sharif has appointed interior secretary Muhammad Khurram Agha head of 15-member high level commission and DG FIA Riffat Mukhtar as a convener.

Additional chief secretary Azad Kashmir, home secretary Punjab and others are also included in commission.

DIG operations Punjab Waqas Nazir, DIG Security Kamran Adil, DIG special branch Azad Kashmir Hassan Qayyum have been appointed as member of commission. Prosecutor General Punjab Syed Farhad Ali Shah, DGI Human rights are also part of commission.

According to circular commission will present its report to PM within 30 days. Commission will collect data about the civilians martyred and injured during war between Pakistan and India and will obtain evidence about crime scene under international laws.

The circular said commission will have full powers to scrutinize any additional evidence. Interior ministry will be bound to provide full facilities to commission.

Commission will obtain information about structure and procedure in respect of Indian weapons.

Sources said commission will collect information about violation of international laws by India.
