Islamabad: Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed satisfaction over 3.6 billion dollars sent by overseas Pakistanis in remittances in the month of July.

In a statement, PM Shehbaz Sharif said the remittances from overseas Pakistanis increased by thirteen percent year-on-year basis in July, which is highly encouraging.

He said the consistent positive contribution of overseas Pakistanis to the stability and development of the national economy is highly commendable. PM Shehbaz Sharif said overseas Pakistanis are a valuable part of the national economic mainstream.
