ISLAMABAD: Haris Azmat counsel for PML-N has filed his statement in the case of reserved seats of PTI PML-N has said in the statement filed on Tuesday the seats can not be left vacantPML-N in its written statement has referred to article 83-A.PML-N has said in written statement Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) did not take part in election. SIC won no seat. SIC did not file any list in Election Commission (EC) on reserved seats. PML-N and other parties wrote letter to EC to get reserved seats. EC saw the matter and allotted reserved seats to PML-N and other parties.It has been said in the statement when they have won no seat then there is no benefit to any independent candidate to join SIC. The reserved seats are for representing women and minorities which cannot be left vacant.
