PML-N, PPP nod yes on continuing cooperation with each other

Islamabad: Inside story of meeting between Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has come to open.

The two have agreed on continuing cooperation with each other.

According to government and opposition sources the meeting between the two leaders took place following transmission of messages.

PPP expressed reservations on not taking it into confidence by federation in the matter of legislation.

PM devolved the responsibility to Rana Sana Ullah.

Well informed sources said when message of Bilawal Bhutto was received then he was informed about schedule of PM.

Already settled matters between PPP and PML-N and implementation of formula were reviewed in the meeting.

PPP expressed reservations on not taking it into confidence on legislation at federal level.

PPP chairman took the stance they came to know about so many bills at the time of their presentation in National Assembly. If we move forward after taking each other into confidence on such bills , It will be easy for both of us.

PM directed law minister to take PPP into confidence in this regard.

Federal government said Pakistan Portland Authority Bill was passed in consultation with PPP. Government approved all amendments of PPP on this bill.

The matter of working relationship in Punjab also came under discussion in the meeting.

According to sources speaker Punjab Assembly Malik Ahmad Khan will present implementation report in this connection.

Matter of contesting by polls in future together or in consultation with each other was also discussed.

Sources further said PM advisor Rana Sana Ullah and PPP senior leader will settle the matters in regard to reservations of PPP.

The two sides exchanged views on the performance of Balochistan and Sindh provincial governments.
